We find quality and service extremely important. Of course you can continue counting on us after installation of the doors. We know how important it is that a door opens and closes smoothly and effortlessly. However, a problem may occur. Our extensive and efficient service department is therefore ready to fix failures or damage.


Error message or failure? Fortunately, you can fix the most common error messages and failures yourself. For this we have convenient manuals, setting data, photos, diagrams and film instructions available.

Reporting a failure

If you have damage or a failure for which you need help? Fill in the service form or mail to service@salco.nl. We will answer your question within 24 hours.

Contact with the service department

In case of an emergency you can reach our service department on telephone number +31 (0)228 565 990. Outside office hours (Mondays to Fridays 07:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.) and at weekends we divert the number to the technician on duty.

Our technicians use original Salco parts as much as possible, which we have in stock in our service buses. They also do maintenance on most other brands of overhead and industrial doors.

Service agreement

Maintenance reduces the risk of problems such as failures and wear. Postponing maintenance often incurs high costs. With the Salco Plus maintenance agreement our specialists provide an annual check and service.
