PKD-100s insulated sliding door wall

Optimal storage solution for crops

The PKD-100s insulated sliding wall is the solution for efficient storage. The wall is ideal for storing crops such as potatoes, onions, bulbs and chicory. Choose high-quality insulation and superior sealing with a Salco sliding wall.

This paneled sliding wall ensures optimum use of storage space. The sliding wall keeps the temperature in your storage cell stable. This helps you save energy and costs.

Superior insulation and sealing

The doorleaf of the PKD-100s is constructed from steel plated sandwich panels. The panels have a 100 mm polyurethane core. We make the doorleafs with a strong aluminium edge profile.

Each panel door is fitted with double rubber profiles, ensuring excellent sealing. The double seal minimises the entry of light and prevent the escape of cooled air. This ensures ideal conditions for your crops.

The panels typically come in RAL 9002 (grey white), but you can choose from a range of other colours. The frame can even be powder coated in a different RAL colour for a personalised finish. All our different types of sliding doors are made to measure.

Custom-made solution for large storage areas

Thanks to the flexible design, several door leaves can be placed side by side and slid in front of each other. This creates one large sliding wall. This ensures maximum utilisation of storage space. This enables fast and efficient loading and unloading of crates.

The PKD-100s sliding wall is custom-made, available in very large sizes. Salco offers the option of an additional wicket door in the wall. This ensures easy access without opening the entire wall.

Innovative bottom rail from Magnelis Steel

The PKD-100s features a robust bottom rail designed for lasting performance. Instead of standard steel, it is made from high-quality Magnelis steel. This is providing superior corrosion resistance and durability. Count on a longer service life, even in humid or corrosive environments.

The flat rails offer not only ease of use, but also safety for vehicles and personnel. Forklifts can drive over the rails smoothly without any obstruction, ensuring efficient operation. Moreover, the weight of the doors rests entirely on the rails in the floor. This minimises the load on the superstructure.

This makes the sliding door wall perfect for intensive use in various rooms. Choose the PKD-100s sliding door wall for effortless access and a robust, durable construction.

Available as a kit for worldwide use

The PKD-100s sliding door wall is available as a construction kit. This allows for highly cost-effective transportation. Delivering the doors as a kit ensures easy on-site assembly anywhere in the world.

We include clear videos and manuals to simplify the installation process even further. This allows you to save costs on transport and installation. Choose a kit without compromising on the quality of the installation.
