FlexTrack is a closed rail system made entirely of high-grade stainless steel (304). Thanks to its flexible, modular design, the tubular rail fits almost any frame and any door. FlexTrack is specially designed for demanding, tight and hygienic environments.

The electric FlexTrack offers several options for electric operation, for example with a:

No collision protection required for doors up to 150 kg

For doors up to 150 kg, no collision protection is required. When the FlexTrack control system detects an obstruction, the door opens instantly. The risk of damage is minimal thanks to the door's light and smooth movement.

Easy to clean thanks to its simple design

FlexTrack is mounted with rounded mounting brackets that are fitted to the tube without screws. This allows moisture to drain away easily during cleaning, leaving dirt with almost nothing to cling to.

For the meat and fish industry and other hygienically critical environments, FlexTrack is the solution. The tubular rail is corrosion-resistant and fully cleanable. Even after frequent contact with cleaning agents and high-pressure cleaners, FlexTrack keeps its shine.

Stainless steel drop seal system: ensures a better fit to the frame, firm pressure on the rubber seals and better insulation, resulting in lower energy costs.
Anti-fall protection: the rail's unique shape prevents the door from falling out of the rails in the closed position.
